Infosys Technologies, which is under huge pressure in the market from a nimbler TCS and a Cognizant-on-steroids, is expected to announce a major organizational rejig and name a new chairman and CEO shortly. The announcements may, in fact, come as early as April 15, the day it will announce its fourth-quarter as well as full-year earnings for fiscal 2010-11.
